Our mechanical engineers spec every fixture in-house—tolerances, locating features, and cycle-life requirements are locked before a single part is machined. No third-party redesigns billed back to you.

From PCB assembly jigs to wave solder pallets and routing fixtures, each unit is hand-finished and load-tested to survive a thousand production cycles.

Solder wire in 500 g reels or 25 kg rolls, IPA by the gallon, ESD consumables and Kapton tape in bulk—managed to production realities, not minimum order logic.

Short lead times on solder paste, flux, desoldering wick, and cleaning chemicals mean the line keeps moving even when a supplier call comes at 8 AM.
